Where does this rubber hose go?

I put my Trophy on the center stand last night after a ride, and this morning I saw a hose hanging down, not connected to anything! It's a bit under two feet long, 3/8" OD, 1/4" ID. I assume it's a vent hose, but where does it go? I see one from the coolant bottle hanging down, and another smaller one from around the back of the airbox. The bike seems to run fine, but it's not too comforting knowing it's not on there. Any ideas?

You have three, coolant, tank and battery. Sounds like battery to me, easy to check just lift up the battery and see if a hose is connected to the R/H side...?

Check your airbox; it has a drain tube for condensation etc. from the breather. There will be a "stub" on the bottom rear of the box if the hose has fallen off. Mine did, and it's a bit of a job to re-route it; once mine was clipped back on, I used a small hose that just fit snugly into it and snaked it down through the frame using it to guide the breather hose. I ran mine to the r.h. outside, near the battery drain; I believe the original ran down through the shock spring or very near it.

Good Luck: Jim

Just an update, it was the battery vent. I reattached and routed it in hopefully a good way, and I should be good to go! Thanks again.
