"Launch Kit"?

I've had a deposit on the Trophy since September and have been inquiring to my dealer and distributor (in Canada) about the availability of the "Launch Kit" that is available in Europe. The launch kit includes Top Box, Heated Grips, Heated Seats, and Touring Windshield for 1,000.00 Euros with the VAT (20% tax) in. My dealer says there is no info about it so likely won't be offered here as an option. Seems like a shame since these options are useful and when priced out on the Triumph "Create Your Triumph" web site as individual items are about $2,000.00 in total.

Does anybody know anything about this? Seems a little unfair if some dealers can offer this package, while others can't.

I suspect that is a USA location? Would those extra parts be installed in the UK or in the US and is there an extra charge for installation?
