I hear ya on the seat width issue; I built my own seat for the R1200C and 1100RT. Of course I didn't get it right on the first attempt. After a few errant shots though I had them both just about perfect for me.
As for traveling across the big pond to get fitted for a bike; that may be a wee bit out of my budget. I can pay for a whole lot mods here or do them myself and spend less than the cost of the plane fare and shipping. Thanks for the offer though.

Have you seen a website called Twistypedia.com? It's set up so anyone can share favorite roads with the world. I made my first submission to it last year and plan more this year. It is called
Dalhart to DFW, it doesn't have to be boring. I suspect they would welcome input from you on your many test rides. My initial submission didn't quite fit their criteria but after I wrote to the administrator, he liked my thoughts and said post away.
