I got rid of that ugly rear light

I invested in a more classic looking number plate holder and had it chromed.
Sold by BellaCorse in the US and Gallimoto in the EU.

Question Light

Like the looks of that!! I got the feeling it wouldnt work w/ my Rennetec rack tho? The OEM plastic chrome thing is still OK, but w/ sun here- the plastic chrome is fading fast!
I figure 1 more year & its done. Can paint it black or replace? I favor replace! That stock light setup is so cheap - a good breeze could damage it! Friend dropped a wrench on it & the lense broke off. He crazy glued it back - but will HAVE to replace now when the bulb burns out! 1 extra advantage to the Rennetec is it protects that piece of crap!!
Saw 1 Bonne where the guy flush mounted the tail light, & relocated the signals. Looked real nice!!Movin the signals is no problem. I am gonna flea MKT shop etc till I find the perfect light! Still got some time - unless some one hits it the wrong way & its history?

Looks good! I bought the same one, kept it black and painted the stock blinkers to match. Looks awesome. How did you hide the wiring mess?

I'm going to run with the stock taillamp to see how long that piece of plastic will last. So far, 27,000 miles. Any bets? Will it make it to 50k miles?

Scrambler dial and idiot lights setup is a close runner up, I mean how much bigger could they of made it before it out-performs a flyscreen

I was just thinking the same thing... the big ugly taillight kinda matches the big ugly rear mudguard. But then I finally figured out WHY they make the back fender so big. To accommodate those big-a$$ European license plates.
