Whadda YA mean too many sheep. You have to have lots of sheep for the Haggas.

Good looking bike!

Welcome Drac! Lovely bike and stunning scenery. I'm hoping to be in your neck of the woods in the summer to visit my family. I was wondering about that last picture too. Where is it? My first thought was Glencoe, but if it is there should be a main road running through it, full of (us) tourists!

Thanks for your warm welcome and kind words.

As Mac6691 says though, Scotland's beauty is only really apparent when the sun is out. Well, maybe that isn't totally true, there is something about mist covered hills, etc...but it does rain A LOT here.

The bottom shot isn't Glencoe (actually the top one is maybe 10 miles from Glencoe) but it was taken from "Rest and be thankful" (see map below). Actually there is a really good road that goes through it and on a sunny day it is chock full of bikers (and tourists!)

Nice one Jock,

I was up in Stirling a couple of months ago.

Great country, poor climate up there in Bonnie Scotland generally.

But, lovely to see your photographs and I expect if you get a nice day you just take advantage of it?

Safe riding on that gorgeous bike of yours.

Casper (Dave)

Smile wow snow!

Drac,

Thanks for the lovely pictures of Scotland and your bike.
I want to go to Scotland badly. I was there when I was
a wee lad, but I couldn't drink then. Superb people and
countryside. If there is a ski resort there and a dry
season, then I think I'll move.

Way to go with the 750mi already, sounds like as soon as
you get home it's tea and biscuits then out for another ride!

Hi Drac
That map does bring back good memories. My Uncle used to own the pub in Loch Awe ''The Tight Line'' spent alot of time there during school hoilday's.
What i would give to get the Bonnie round those roads.
Maybe one day!
Enjoy
Andrew

Now for the most important question you'll ever be asked on this board.

Hoops or Gers?
