I cannot believe what a dumbass I am. I rode to my Mom's house to help with some stuff around her place. I stop in the driveway and pull into the garage. I shut off the bike (thumb, key, valve

) and start chatting. Not realizing my heel didn't quite catch the kickstand, I let bike go to the left. What a terrible idea that was. It dawned on me I screwed something up when the bike didn't stop. Crap! Now I've got my Scrambler on my leg, I'm half lying on a pile of boxes and as politely as I can, tell my Mom, "shut the garage door! shut the garage door!" God forbid someone witness this fiasco. I got the bike off my foot, I'm a bit shaken, a lot embarrassed and I'm a bit confused as to how I passed the MSF course.
The scrambler looks bad on it's side.
Now, to heave this beast up. On the first heave I notice this is much heavier than my DRZ. On second heave, I think one of my huevos rolled on to the floor. On the third, what's that'
!viva dos huevos! Fourth one, She's alive! Back on two wheels!
What's that on the floor? ****, it's the knob from my gear change lever. I naively pick it up and try to stick it back, It keeps falling off. That's gonna make it really hard to shift. I grad where the shifting knob was and make sure it still goes into gear, check. Nothing bent, check. Then my mom asks "Oh, is this part of your bike?" ****. Sure enough. The end of the clutch lever.
My local Triumph dealer had the gear change part in stock. A trip across town and $25.00 later I'm back in business.
Now, here's my question. Anyone have a clutch lever for sale? Seriously.
