Zr1
I have a ZR1 Jimmy Retro. I like it. It was inexpensive at around 70$US. They come in white, orange, and black. I have a black one. I took the visor off and wear it with goggles.

Best helmet yet - save face!
Uzidzit, you rock! How right you are. Glad you're still here to tell us. A best bud survived a 30 mph traffic altercation very nicely wearing full gear, with the exception of his jaws and teeth...compliments of the open face Nolen he was so proud of. Admitedly, our riding conditions in FL are NOT full face friendly, but check this one out. It will be my salvation for our eight or nine months of steamy, humid, hot and stuffy full face cans...as soon as I save the extra $$$. There is a dealer in CA.

i wear the n30 nolan helment, love it, where it with sunglasses all the time, best to wear ear plugs if going on a long trip, around town, not bad. it has two nolan labels on it, front and back, i put a triumph oval metal tag on the front of mine, looks like it came from the factory.

Cromwell Hurricane
I have the Cromwell Hurricane. I go full face Arai most of the time, but got one of these for local, summer riding, and it's great. OK, it's not DOT. But if it's good enough for the rest of the world, I'll take my chances. The visor comes off, I use Halcyon goggles. Good set up.

I have a Davida for full authenticity. I have a Buco refurbed by Justified defiance for old school 3/4 helmet, DOT approved for 1974! I have a Ikon fullface for DOT/Army. Fulmer makes a very low profile 3/4 w/ checkerboard down center and Union Jack on sides which is DOT approved. A friend of mine has one and I've been trying to steal it. I would recommend if you need actual protection and that style. If you just want a prop, Biltwell/Justified Defiance/Davida 1/2 are all options.

Thanks for your interest in this thread. You sold me on the Nolan. I just bought one.
Would still like to see some pics.

Davida Classic Jet is the way to go IMO. A bit expensive but well worth it.
