I'm 6'3" and over 200lb. I have a long torso and short legs so my legs are fine, I just sit a little higher. Don't much care if I look goofy though. Been married for ~10 yr and don't have anyone left to impress.

6'4" and 215 lbs. fit no problem. Just added Modre lowering kit and made things that much better.

Flat bars (with custom risers)
Bullet indicators, front with Thruxton brackets
Sixty8 brown seat
Barend mirror
Custom pipes - man do they sound hot!

I'll second that! I'm 6'4" 250 lbs. and looking at a Scrambler. I've been married 39 years and I REALLY don't have anyone left to impress!
