If the roads are poors and potholed,I'd do the suspension first. The stock "shock transmitters" just don't cut it when roads get really rough IMO,transmitted way too much energy right into my spine.

If you must do one - I vote for suspension.

Your bike will ride better and it may make you realize you don't need any engine mods.

British Customs Basic Performance Kit, Nology Coil & Wires, a Pair of Iridium plugs! Then snap the lock closed on the wallet for a while.

Suspension I would guess, cuz you can always mod your stock pipes for a bit more bark. And....if you're a lane splitter (and who isn't in LA) that's what I'd do 1st.

Other Motorcycle: Triumph Hurricane
Extra Motorcycle: several bsa,s
1 exhaust pipes and jetting
2 tacometer (that speedometer angled to one side looks silly)
3 triumph single seat( now its looking cool and sounding better)
4 Ikons (now the suspension is improved)
5 bob the rear guard and get rid of that reflector thing.
6 change that ugly tailight
7 start chaseing h/p with your bank account if the bikes not fast enough for you.
