A brown seat on a green bike

I have a goodwood green bonnie and I'm thinking about getting a new seat for it. I think I want the brown contemporary seat, but I don't know how that will look on my bike. Since I'm known for having horrible taste when it comes to matching colors, I'm looking for a second opinion. Would brown be okay or should I choose the gray/black or all black seat.

And if anyone has any pictures of the brown seat on a bike, especially a green one, please post one. Thanks.

Brown Seat

I have an 03 Green/Gold bonnie and am seriously considering a brown seat. I have seen a couple and think they look great. One had brown saddle bags that he actually bought at a horse supply dealer. Come to think of it I have not seen a bonnie I did not like.

Brown Seat, Green Bike

Looks pretty good:

Not too shabby on a blue bike, either:

Personally,I think a brown seat would look great on that bike.I gotta say though, only on a green(or possibly yellow),bike.I can't really picture it,in a good way,on other colour bikes. At least not modern bikes.A lot of pre-1960's bikes had brown saddles,to good effect.

I say go for it.Then put up some pix.

Cheers!

Sounds sweet. Guy on ebay has a custom Corbin brown seat currently going for ~$75 you might want to check out. Search on "corbin seat triumph."
