+1 on 8 ball choke knob. Too bad I can't use it anymore with the Kehin CRs I put on the bike.

Next would be BC Predator pipes, airbox removal, and hotter coils.

kyb (stock kawi ZRX) shocks give me a lot more confidence in the rear end staying put

bar end mirrors let me see more and look better

more aggressive bars (i have ace bars but hewar great things about "m" bars) make riding more fun

d&d pipes. . . were on the bike when i bought it

. . . notice these are all mods that not only look/sound good but also increase performance

edit: actually the once thing i've done that has no impact on performance at all was trading the "eyebrow" badge for the "heritage" badge. remarkably different and i like it much more. and it didn't cost me a dime.

Union Jack decal on the brake reservoir, and blue oil filler cap.
