Come on, now. Just the tank and dials to go! You can't stop there!
I suspect that you are within a gnat's crotch of rendering your motorcycle invisible to police laser speed guns. Nothing's going to bounce back in a straight line off that machine. Is it from Naboo?

sometimes too much aint enough
i think that what got this started was that i`d always wanted chrome lower fork legs, seen alot of harley`s laid out that way,and i remember my old trident id polish them up and they`d look fine for awhile, any way when i found a local shop that could do the work, well i loaded up all kinds of stuff and since i had the forks apart i figured that i might as well drop some hagons into them.i cant wait for the weather to break, and YES chrome is MUCH easier to clean up than paint.maybe if i find another bike to do up ,the all black theme ,,will be in order. thats the nice thing about this forum ,we can all enjoy everyone else`s efforts,,personally i enjoy anything that is well done ! motor on friends

Love the chrome. Been trying to find an excuse to send it back to the dealer before the next service to add some more chrome. Next on the list:
Chrome headlight lid
Chrome headlight bracket
Chrome the speedo/tacho housing
Chromed front fender. Get rid of that plastic sh!t.

Did I miss anything?

Ooh Yeah!
Found a small oil leak coming from my cam covers. I've booked it into the dealer to get fixed and, oh yeah, I've ordered a chrome front fender, chrome headlight bracket, and chrome brake fluid cover. Yours might be faster but you'll go blind passing me!

hey JD your bike looks nice and will soon look better.whats the climate like out in western aus. ? here in n.w. indiana, its been cold and snowy or wet,and we havent been able to do much.i rode around the block yesterday, but not long enough to evaluate my new fork set up or to be able to tell if the nark,150`s make all that much difference, well good luck with all of your improvements, and safe riding to you !
