Repost (I think) but here goes

I got a new tool precision metric tool kit for Christmas- a metric saw, a set of 3 metric hammers (large, medium and small), a left handed metric screw driver, one of those metric screw drivers with the funny looking 4 pronged end (left and right handed, and a pair of heavy cotten gloves.
Does anyone know if there any other precision metric tools I need to take care of my Speedmaster? Especially when adjusting the valve clearance or rejetting the carbs?
I looked at a really nice metric pipe wrench today (figured it would come in handy for changing the spark plugs but it was painted red and I want one that is yellow and black to match my bike- ya know what I mean, I'm very hard on myself and the tools I use. I figure a man is judged by the tools he uses just like a heart surgeon or a brain surgeon!

I have a metric air compressor for the tires, and a metric funnel to pour the (metric) oil in the fill plug. I also have a metric magnet to fish out lost metric screws and metric WD40.

Tech question here: I assume that since there is only one fill plug that both the engine oil and the coolant go in the same hole???

To answer your question; indeed both the engine oil and coolant go into the same hole. I don't know if you know that metric oil and metric water don't mix. I assumed that when you say coolant that you mean water. I would use distilled water rather than tap water because it is better and only about a dollar a gallon.

While were on the subject, you should always lube the chain with the new and improved STP. It comes in a can that is easily opened and a trick I use is I heat it up a little and then after getting the rear wheel off the ground using three bricks under the engine- (two if you put them under the oil filter) and as you turn the rear wheel slowly pour the stp on chain.

You'll need those to change your muffler bearings.

On the dark day that a funny electrical problem occurs you are going to wish you had a metric volt-amp-ohm meter.
