Extra Motorcycle: Ducati Pantah Special
2001 790cc Bonnie
Norman Hyde Classic silencers ("Toga" style)
142 Mains
1 shim on standard needles
42 Pilots
3½ turns out on air screws
Airbox restrictor plate removed
Snorkel replaced with Norman Hyde Alloy Bellmouth
DNA filter fitted (similar to Unifilter, I suspect)

Feels just right but dyno (see tech section in my album) reveals hole in mid range.

'03 T-100, 975 ft. elevation:
NH Togas
Airbox removed--K&N pod filters
AI removed
152 main jets
1--0.5mm shim on stock needles
42 pilot jets--3.5 turns out on pilot screws
Note: Have not dyno-ed this setup, yet.
I have averaged a little over 50 mpg over the last 3000 miles. Most of that mileage was with 150 main jets; however, I could tell very little difference on mpg between 150 main jets and 160 main jets.

My 2003 T100:

stock mufflers with rear baffle tubes remvoed and internal baffles drilled out with a 1/2" bit

Thruxton carb needles, stock (110) main jets

42 primary jets, 3 turns out

Unifilter, snorkle out

about 48 mpg

altitude about 1,500'
