Last night I took my family out for dinner... to celebrate landing the new job (see other post). Low and behold there was my childhood friend and very first riding buddy. I hadn't seen him in over 30 yrs!

We rode together back when we were both teenagers. Him on his '73 Honda CB550F and me on my '74 Honda CB360. I told him I was still into motorcycles and asked if he was too. Unfortunately he said that he's no longer riding.

But here's the real kicker... he said he's not riding, but does still has his '73 CB550F in storage, at his Mom's house in our old neighborhood. I thought that was pretty amazing.

No... He did tell me that others have asked about buying it, but he's still hanging on to it. So I figured he was keeping it for sentimental reasons.
