i am using 1 finger olny . broke my right shoulder blade and three ribs . the bike i was told by the police is okay i have not seen it yet, the hospital in napanee is very nic e and the staff was very kind they even brought the cordless phone when my wife and folks called. 25 thigyies of morphine was helpful but wholey heck it hurts. guess i am flying home. i did however manage to get my destinastion well short by 2hours before i hit the marbles. my point is too all who dont wear helmets put your helmets on . my helmet is now totalled but that could have been my head. oh my boots gloves jacket are also pretty messed up. oh before i hit the deck and smashed my brand new dart fly scrren it was excellent. have a nice day . :wow:

Wow, not a good day for the both of us. I'm really sorry to hear that man, and obviously I empathize... but hearing your story, I think I got off pretty easy.

Rest up, fella... and high fives for not getting "deaded."

Convict, I'm glad you are alive and hopefully will soon be on your way to a complete recovery. I'll say a prayer for you. Actually, since you will probably continue your recuperation in Halifax, I'll say two prayers for you (I was treated at Victoria General 25 years ago, lucky to have survived ).

That neither one of you are dead is really good to hear. Keep up the good work!

Sheesh...I can almost feel the pain, and almost wish I could feel the drugs.
All the very best. Take care and be thankful and check in when you can...

Been there. Done that. No fun at all. Heal as fast as you can.

You are in my prayers.

Thanks for writing Convict, glad you are alive to tell the story. I'm sure more details will emerge as you feel better.
Let's ALL stay safe out there this summer, guys.
