2006 Scrambler

Hello

Can anyone comment on what kind of heat emits from the exhaust pipes. I am thinking of buying a Scrambler but I have concerns about the exhausts heat for myself and a passenger.

Go take one for a test ride! Most Triumph dealers will let you test ride, especially if you're seriously thinking of buying one. Let it warm up good before you jump on so you'll get a good feel in the relatively short test ride period just how hot it gets.

I have a 2006 Scrambler and I find no discomfort from the heat, the shields actually work well for rider and passenger. I have been told by some here at ratnet that removing the air injection system with further decrease the heat.

But taking it for a ride is a good idea just to see how it feels to you.

I also have one and agree, w/ the heat shields, you dont really feel much heat. As others have said, take it out for a ride and get a good feel for it. Also, if its a demo it should be about 6800-7000 and you might get some accessories at a reduced price.

The heat is no issue on my 06 Scrambler.
