Bikerboy I'm sure you are correct. Does the title/registration list the bike as a 2001 or 2002 model?
If it is listed as a 2001 then you guys are a bit ahead of us.
That being the case the 2007 would be a 2006 on your side of the pond meaning you guys have not seen a 2007 model yet. Hmmm, bit confusing.
:-D

Yep, its registered as an '01. Your idea about the '07 being an '06 here was confusing at first but actualy they would be classed as the same year, because that would only make sense if they were 'editions' cuz then we would be on the 7'th edition and you would be on the 6th edition.

Hope i cleared any confusion in my long winded way. lol

Hey, great photos. But fellas, how about "photoshopping" these photos to a more acceptable size before posting. Some of we folks in the antipides don't have the broadband speed you seem to enjoy. :-D

Mine's an 02 registered in Dec of 01. Over here in the states, the 08s are almost ready to come out... It's the way we work. Gotta be "first"!

Hi all new to the Triumph family bought my first Triumph about 2 months ago (a 2007 Black ST) loved it but then found out my Wife wanted to ride so traded it in after a month and 1200 miles and got an America here are the pics. I've got about 1100 miles on it in a month and love it more and more. Although I think I'd like a little more grunt. I think I'll wait a couple years for the bike that is missing in Triumphs line up. Got it straight from the mouth of a pretty reliable source and claims they have seen the bike (fuel injected but no details if its a 1200cc or a 1600cc twin?) Guess I'll find out when it is introduced. Seeing as though my Father-in-Laws garage has about 12 Harleys in it he loves my bike and says if he could he would have one. Anyway just wanted to say hi and hope to ride with anyone who is in the central PA area.

Not that I'm rubbing anyones face in it.... :-p

Here's my TWO road legal Americas. As of Tuesday afternoon...

The 03 has 12000 miles on her, and the 06 4000.
I'm really pleased at the mo. The 03 has been off the road since September. The pic was taken the day she passed her MOT.
