Has anyone tried this tail bag out? I am looking for a bag that will allow enough storage space for short weekend trips and is easy to attach/remove without any installation.

CT,
I have seen the bag, and it's good quality. The dealer I bought from didn't have the one you're looking at, so they ordered one to have in stock. Turned out to be a bit larger than I needed for around-town use, which was what I had in mind.
I have the next smaller Cortech bag on my Renntec GrabRail/Rack & it is not large enough for a weekend.
I could get along well with the one you refer to for a weekend, if I keep it lean, and am considering putting my smaller Cortech on the rear of the seat and the one you are considering on the rack.
Good quality.
Bob

CTF, I have the Cortech tail bag and have used it on weekend trips a couple of times. In fact, I will use it this weekend on a 450+ mile ride to Jaxville, FL. It is made really well: tough outer shell, plenty of storage, and secures great to the bike with its built-in bungee straps. I think I paid around $80 for it a year ago. Kirk

Yep. It's a good piece of gear. It's been used on several trips and has held up well.

I just got one to carry my stuff to the gym and back and i could fit a weekends worth of stuff in it as long as it was a casual weekend and I was eating out. The end pouches are handy as well.
