Jeez, you buy a Speedy to be different from the other blokes and what happens, now everybody's getting them.

I work in a cul-de-sac that is about 150 metres long with maybe 10 smallish businesses residing. Since I got my first Triumph in 2002, it seems they are now everywhere. Get this, there are 4 Speedy's in our street !!

Thank heaven I have the only Neon Blue one, all the others are black.

And every ride I now see several Triumphs of differing styles, nothing new to see about 6 or more on a day out... Last weekend I rode to Byron Bay and saw around 20, there was about 12 of them in one group heading the other direction.

I hate to say it but I saw less Harleys ??? :???:

That's weird. Around here the only other Triumph I've seen is the one that inspired me to get one, a few months back.
Looking forward to my first RAT meeting...

Why are you complaining? This just means that Triumph is the best ride out there and your neighbors have figured out that you were right and they are too shy to come and tell you! Just pat yourself on the back and remember you were first! Keep riding and stop for a Guinness someplace and salute the Triumph takeover!!

I have yet to see another Triumph on the road when I am riding. I understand your frustration, however, because I purchased my SM to be unique.

There is only one Triumph dealer in this province and they're doing pretty well I think. There are quite a few Triumph's around, but no so many as to consider them common.
Most are different colours so at least they look a bit different.
I can't wait to add my black/red T100 to the mix. I bought the first one to arrive here.
My riding buddy has an '02 T100, and while we will look alike, we won't be twins.
It's all his fault you know! He kept teasing me with that '02 T100 until I finally gave in, LOL.

Time for a couple of strategic mods to make your bike a little different.
