Does anyone know where I can get a Parts List / Diagram for my 2004 Bonneville America with the 'official' Triumph part numbers. I do not know if there is even one available but I assume there is something that dealers use to order parts from Triumph.

Extra Motorcycle: dya mean the one outside?
The cheapest and handiest I've found for the Bonnie so far is a PDF copy of the Bonneville/T100/America parts catalogue (NOT THE MANUAL) for models up to 04. It contains all the official Triumph part numbers and the diagrams are also okay as a guide to what goes where.
It even has a section on accessories and clothing.

This can regularly be found on eBay (UK) for a BIN price of £9.95 + £2 P&P (worldwide) from a seller named "fiche-man". He has CDs for a load of other bikes too.

I've run this without problem on both a Mac and PC (with Adobe Reader 7). The only thing I'll say against it is that the image focus could be a bit sharper and the background a lot lighter.

Hope this helps.

Triumph need to get with the times and publish this stuff. Even friggin' Husqvarna have parts manuals online....for free. I think that all of the Japanese manufacturers allow this information to be readily available. Triumph appear to be too busy trying to sell wristwatches and polo shirts (POLO SHIRTS FER CRYIN' OUT LOUD!!) to offer anything truly usefull on their website.

I resemble that Polo shirt remark- I proudly wear my Triumph shirts on the golf course.
But for Polo, nah. :-D
