one year ago today, i brought home my 04 bonnie black. i was on pins and needles waiting for the shop to do it's pre-out-the-door checkup and was really hoping they would get it out before the long holiday weekend because they were going to be closed. and i really, really wanted to ride and start putting in those break in miles that weekend.

well, a year later it's coming along just fine. has about 6.5K miles on it. wife and i went for a nice little spin through napa and sonoma counties enjoying the unseasonally warm weather today. stopped at a couple of wineries, had a nice picnic next to the vineyards and a had a nice leisurely ride on backroads all afternoon.

couldn't have spent a more perfect anniversary day. :-)

Cool, my Bonnie Black was 1 on 18th November. We have covered just over 8000 km. The anniversary present arrived in the post today an iridium sport flyscreen from mototwinIridium Flyscreen I can't wait to put it on and check it out, but it will have to wait until Saturday.
