Well I think the time has come to retire my Nolan helmet. It has served me well over the years but her stuffing starting to fall out. So I have been looking around and am quite keen on one of the AGV helmets. Has any one got and information for me on these?

Tried one on the other day. A 3/4 open face, and i must say of all the helmets i've tried it was the most comfortable. But i hated the flat black shell and that was the only one they had or i may have considered it. But theres another helmet i'm interested in so i'm waiting till the get it in soon. Also it looks like one of those helmets chopper pilots use. I just wasn't thrilled with the look overall. But again, it was very comfortable. Don't know if they all feel that good but if they are and comfort is a major consideration for you, they may be what you want.

Out of all the full face helmets I tried on this is what I like the best. It just fits so great no tight or loose places. The price was not bad when sort of falling along the midpoint of all the ones I looked at. Well it’s down to the bike shop tomorrow to replace all our kit. Leathers and helmets, this should set me back quite a bit I am sure. The time has just come where I will just have to say cheers to all my old stuff. :razz:

I have one of the composite AGVs and love it. Comfy, great venting, fairly light, expensive, Italian, etc. Changing the visor lens takes a bit of practice, but that's no biggie.

This is why I never leave home without my full kit on, full face, leather jacket, gloves and good shoes or boots.
