Man , you got all kinds of problems.
First off where is it leaking fuel from? Tell us that, then we can work out some answers for your other problems.

what exactly are the codes its throwing?
if you don't have a code reader, you could go to autozone and see if they'll retrieve them for you.
real quick, did you turn the ignition to run w/ the tank off or anything unpluged? it will throw codes for that. 3 heat cycles (cold start to fan comes on) will usually clear them.

keep me informed.

can you get codes from autozone? I thought Triumph used the OBDII connectors, but not they software system that would throw the correct codes. I'm probably wrong.

As for your leaky fuel, it's not leaking around the base of the fuel pump is it? You put the fuel hoses back on the correct sides right?

Metal fittings should help some of your problems.

I've never seen that. Your fuel pump isn't shot is it?

It's as good a place as any. Check your voltage in and out.. might just be a fuse or a fusable link.
