Speed Four tune files?

I know I'm probably 3-4 years late, but I just unlocked my Speed Four's ECU with Tuneboy. Now that I started searching for files, all I really found are the two stock tunes (standard & standard w/ secondary air). I did find a Power Commander file straight from Dynojet (the Two Brothers exhaust file ... i.e. "M512-002") however when comparing the 10164 (S4 w/ secondary air) Tuneboy file with the 10164 after applying the M512-002 (PC3) file... the only differences are Fuel Trim %.

I understand thats how Power Commander controls fueling, but the Fuel Trims are mostly around 20% with a max of 30% in one cell. From my car tuning days, this is a band aide not to mention there's no timing or A/F target changes.

Surely someone out there has sat down and done their homework on a S4 and produced a file specifically for 93 octane and aftermarket exhaust on a S4. I understand clutchandthrottle is the goto for TT600 but they have a different cam profile. Are there any files out there for S4 I can look at?

I'm about to start picking apart the TT600 maps.

If you got time to test them, I hope to have a Tuneboy for mine shortly.

I too have often held off on the Tuneboy since the support for Tuneboy + S4 was rather light.

The trim % is probably pretty accurate. All the power commander did for the tt/s4 is change the fueling. I don't think the timing was changed until the Power Commander III model and at that I don't think it was until the IIIr or IIIusb models. I'm probably wrong, or they've since made changes, but originally it only adjusted fueling which would explain why the fuel trim is adjusted and nothing else.

I had originally looked at that after being talked into it by Matt Drucker at MDRacing, who used to race a TT when they were new, but didn't when they didn't have the USB model available for the TT.

Now that I've been looking, there is a command under Tools to "commit trims to main tables". I'm not really sure, but I'm guessing that final tunes should be main tables only... in which you simply correct your main table by changing the percentage fuel trims and then "commit" them. So I can load the PC3 fuel trims and commit them to the Tuneboy main table and upload.

After picking apart some of the TT600 files (10090 standard exhaust and 10091 aftermarket exhaust)... it's a nasty mess. The 10090 stock map has nasty ridges in random places but the 10091 map doesnt exactly look smooth itself. The 10091 map does have ignition changes but no target a/f.

I have a full LM-1 (wide band o2) setup that I will wire up to the bike. I don't know what exactly you can "log" with the Tuneboy but if I plan on rigging up my backpack to hold my laptop (with screen closed = power off set to disabled) and doing some serious logging and tuning over the coming weeks.

95whp S4? Maybe!

If you find a great tune...I'd love to get a copy. Even if I have to pay.

my understanding is that it doesn't matter if it's in the trim table or the main table. The bike will read the combined data like it's in the main table. If you want to make changes to the trim table from those settings you may want to commit them to the main table, but for running purposes, you should be golden.

I downloaded 10091 on our S4 and it stopped the speedo working FWIW.

everything causes the speedo to stop working in these bikes, that doesn't surprise me at all.

It happened to a friend, too. Beats me why. It could have been the sensor, but we never bothered to check.
