Fuel line connections?

the plastic quick disconnects are a pain in the ass and i keep having problems with them. can i just get any metal quick disconnect or do i have to order them for the bike? cause i was thinking if i figured out the tread size i could just do it that way right?

I switched over to anodized aluminum connectors I bought through Freedom Cycle in Reno. A bit spendy but absolutely no worries.

Hey my friend, I ran into the same problem after laying the bike down. Fortunately I found a fuel pump on eBay to fix my issue but I was going to go with these:

Hope this helps!

Depending on year of bike, those are warranty recall items that are replaced by TriuMPH with (heavy)metal connectors.

I like the plastic ones and still use them (lighter) but require some special handling cause delicate.

Hope this helps!
