Question tt600 electrical problem

my bike wont start and its an electrical problem. the head lights turn on, the lights on the display turn on, but the mph, miles and the check engine and oil lights dont light up also the fuel pump doesnt turn on and nothing happenes when you press the start button. i thought it was the starter solenoid so i replaced it, that didnt work. i tested the fuses with a test light and fuses 1,2,3,4 have power going to them but 5,6,7,8,9,10 dont have power going to them. does the bike have to be on for them to work? i need some help with this one, here is the tt600 manual mabye one of you can use this. http://www.scribd.com/doc/1014488/Triumph-TT-600-03

thanks,
gary.

gary,

1,2,3,4 are hot all the time.5,6,7,8,9,10 are only hot w/ the key on.
gotta ask. Is the kill switch in the run position, bike in neutral w/ the side stand down, and pulling the clutch?
If yes to above my guess would be bad connection to the battery. unhook the battery, make a funny face at it ,put it back together again and see what happens...
let us know if it does/doesn't work.
