GP shift

Is there an easy way to set up a GP shift on a Speed Four? TIA

So no minor surgery and reversing of bits then? It'll be a money thing after all?

Reverse gear order: 1 up, 2-6 down. Better on track, less mis-shifts and easier to upshift. No drawbacks on the street. I wonder why they don't make all bikes with GP shift as standard

I think because its "standard". I doubt more than 10% of the bikes on the road ever see a track, therefore they don't buck the norm.

I'd be all for it.

The only downside is if you bump the shifter with your toe as you reach for a downshift and get an upshift instead. It happened to me in a very slow corner yesterday. But, it sure beats bumping the shifter and getting a downshift when you really wanted an upshift. That can be messy.

Yep, I can attest to that! I'd like to think I won't do it again though.
