Done some stuff to my 600

Have put an aftermarket muffler on and a K & N filter, and am waiting for a PCIII to turn up. Also put some Metzeler Sportec M3s on. Wow, what grip! Just wondering in regard to the PC. What download do I put in?
Once hooked up, does it have like a stock setup already on it?
Is it better to play with the buttons on it or download something off PC website.

I toyed with getting it remapped at a dealer, but its 2hrs away and thought it might be better having a PC and experimenting rather than going 2hrs each time for a different download, and they said they only had a basic remap thingy anyway.

It has the usual poor performance and snatchy surgy throttle repsonse down under 5000 or lower, but runs fine above. (I've only ridden it with the muffler on so far, not the KN)

Any advice would be appreciated.

Since your bike is a 2000, you will want to remap it. If Craig is around, get the clutchNthrottle map from him. It makes a 2000 TT600 really go.

You may have an easier time tweaking the dealer map than the factory one with the PCIII.

+1 for Craig, if he's ever on
