Tuneboy Purchase

Last week (March 14th) I purchased Tuneboy from www.tuneboy.com.au for my Speed Four and have not received confirmation or shipping information from Tuneboy as of yet. I confirmed the purchase with Paypal and sent 2 emails to sales@tuneboy.com.au and have yet to receive a reply. Has anyone experienced something similar? Does anyone know if there is something going on with Tuneboy? I also sent an email to sales@tuneboy.co.uk and called the contact phone number at with no luck. If anyone may have any information regarding Tuneboy it would be much appreciated.

Enjoy the Tuneboy... I was actually suprised at how quickly I got mine from down under. Remember, if you did it through Group Buy, there's that many mor people they are dealing with in the states.

I am not too familar with Tuneboy. IS it a simple plug and play, does it come with pre designed programs for specific modifications, pipes, etc? My '05 S$ throttles clean and smooth I'd hate to lose that drivability just for a better pipe.

Basically what you buy is three a part system:

-Cable: connects bike to your computer
-Tuneboy programs: Tuneboy diagnostics/Tuneyboy Editor
-Unlock code that allows access to the bike's ECU

Now tuneboy editor will come with most standard (stock) tunes for our bikes, and with some tunes for aftermarket pipes, etc. but will not have specific tunes, per say you run a straight pipe, or have some crazy customization, it will propbably not have a pre-made tune for that. You can also find other tunes made by tuning shops and other enthusiasts that work pretty darn well. I switch between the CA standard tune (slightly better gas mileage for longer riding) and Craig's tune made for 00' TT's (Fun tune that tends to get me in trouble )
Congrats on the tuneboy purchase, no buyers remorse here.

I purchased my tona with a tuneboy already installed however I don't have a user's manual. Is there anyway I can access a user's manual for this so that I may find out what this is all about, thanks.

Go to Wayne's site. That's all the documentation I know of. It is pretty user friendly anyway.

I'll use this thread for my Q

Speed Four doen't have an oxygen sensor. However is it possible to hook one up and use the Tuneboy dignostics to see the air/fuel ratios?

Somebody was thinking about doing that, but I don't know what happened. I doubt it would work, just because of the way the Sagem injection is set up. But if anybody knows otherwise, it would be good information.
