TT600 Fuel injector leak

My TT600 has about 23k miles on it and it recently developed a fuel injector leak from just one of the injetors. I replaced the o-rings and it still leaks. Also I can move the injector to any position on the fuel rail and its still the same injector that leaks. I beleive I am installing it correctly. Also I have a power commander on my bike. Doe anyone have any ideas? Or maybe someone here has a parts bike that they can sell me a injector? I just want to get back out there and ride! Thanks!

Hi Nick,

Just found your post and wondered if you could help me?? I'm sorry I do not have a spare injector for you but Ebay does sell a great deal of TT parts in the UK.

I want to fit a Power Commander USB 111 to my 2003 TT600. The injector fittings look straightforward as does the earth lead. Question, the grey wire goes to the throttle position sensor on the right side of the engine. Which wire does yours connect to? In the instructions it says a yellow wire with a blue tracer but mine does not have one which is yellow (I am in the UK). So as the sensor is laid out is it the middle wire or one of the others? A picture would be good if possible.

Also just where is the O2 eliminator located?? I can't seem to find mine?

All help appreciated guys.

There is no O2 sensor used in TT600 or S4 injection, so no need to eliminate it.
