I know of one for sale. It has under 4,000 miles, and the seller claims its in "like new" condition. He apparently acquired it in a trade and thinks its worth $5,000. I've pointed out that KBB puts it at $4,030, but he is unimpressed. What think ye?

With anything used, the value is whatever someone is willing to pay for it. I just got my 2002 Speed Four with 2800 miles on it for $3400. It's in perfect condition. I'd say make him an offer of what you'd like to pay and let him think on it. If nobody is willing to pay more then he might start to think that your offer looks pretty good. If he does get more, then good for him. You just keep looking until you get the right deal for you. Good luck man!

I paid $4000 for my 2004 Speed Four and it had 2300 miles on it when I bought it, excellent condition.

My 2003 TT600 had about 2800 miles on it, also in excellent condition, and I got it for $4300 with front and rear bike stands, brand new KBC helmet, and a new Joe Rocket mesh jacket.

I would say that in both cases, I got a steal!

IMHO $5K is too much. I paid $4600 for my 2003 Speed Four 2 years ago.

yeah 5k is waay too much for a TT. Its not an R6 or CBR, and even then youd have a hard time selling it for that. If he wont do a fair price, let him try for a couple months and tell him to call you when hes ready. Id say even 4k is a little optimistic, but assuming its showroom condition a fair price for both.

i got my 2001 tt600 about a month ago.

it is in VERY good condition, except it has quite a bit more miles (13,600)

i paid 3000 for it.
