Smile Help!

Hello all Im a new member to the club. I've had my daytona 600 for 6 months now...Im in love other than the fact that it has a stalling problem. When riding slowly in traffic it attempts to stall then does stall!! I took it back to the dealer and they can't find anything wrong! Highly frustrating! Has anyone else encountered this problem and if so...how did you fix it!??
Any info would be greatfully appreciated

Thankyou all

I think the wealth of knowledge in here is around the TT, not the tona. However, my TT will do that commonly when the fan kicks in. I fixed it the 1st time with new spark plugs, but it crept up again after i started using tuneboy because I set my fan to kick in too early.

YOu may want to check the battery, it might not have enough juice to support the running engine and the fan at the same time. Otherwise, fuel injector cleaner and checking your air filter might be a good place to start.

+1 on check the battery. My Speed4 knocks the heck out of my battery when the fan kicks on.

If the battery is OK, make sure the leads are tightly screwed to the battery's terminals.

Thankyou guy's

Thanks for all your info so quickly! Its 04:45am here in the uk at the moment so my tona is sleeping (unlike me) but will check out battery, connections, plugs, filter etc in the latter part of the day!

I've heard about tuneboy etc but I'm reluctant to mess about with my yellow demon when im not 100% sure what i'm messing with if you know what i mean!

Anyway, all your advice greatly received and will have a tweak tomorrow-poor tona!

Thanks all

TuneBoy works as a diagnostic tool as well as being a way to scramble the bike's little brains. If you work on your own bike, you have to be able to read diagnostic codes, check sensors and the rest somehow. It isn't cheap, but neither is taking the bike to a dealership.
