There used to be some carbon covers available on the web. Specifically there was a clutch cover, but I seem to remember a stator cover somewhere.

Check SkyKing's website. The same cover fits TT600s, S4s, and the four cylinder Daytonas. They stopped advertizing it for TT600s, but it was still listed for other models last time I looked.

the only commercial stuff that i've seen are the bikejohnny carbon/kevlar epoxy-on covers the Fury mentioned and the skyking clutch slider (which is not a cover) that i believe Will was referring to. i've seen the bikejohnny stuff after a crash and they do work to prevent fluid leak, but they need to be replaced after. i'd like to see what someone could come up with on their own though .

I used my TT600 as a track bike, but never put more than the stock covers on it. It passed tech, at least for what I was doing. It would have passed tech with the SkyKings for the local race club, since there was one racer who used a TT600 and a D600 for a while. He has a Suzuki now. The other option is to get one made, but that would be expensive.

I raced my TT with CCS for 2 seasons and never needed a special side cover or protector.

Same here. Raced mine last year and did not put any covers on it. I did put some sliders on it though.
