WTB: S4 voltage regulator/rectifier

I have 2003 S4 that is overcharging. 14.4-14.2 at idle. Checked the wires for shorts, no problem. Did continuity test everywhere I could and it was fine. Decided to pull the rectifier out. It looked good, but flipping it over, I could see some of the black silicone/gunk leaking out slowly. Oh crap. Plus when I started the bike again for just two seconds the rectifier got very very hot in my hand. Too hot for just a brief period. Plus, I got no Ohm readings when I checked one of the input phases. Anyways, the dealership wants 300 bucks for a new one, I almost choked when I heard this. Does anyone have a used one that is working for sale? Or know any aftermarket brands. Rick's Motorsport may have them, but waiting for an email response. The other place is Electrosport and I heard subpar reviews about them.

One a side note does anyone have a good recommendation of relocating the rectifier to get better airflow on our s4? Love the bike, but man does it run hot.

thanks for any help or info. at least I have my rd400 to work on while the S4 awaits a transplant.
