Maybe we don't know what part you're talking about in that picture. But: I assumed you were talking about the corrugated-looking hoses that are notorious for cracking. If that is in fact what we should be focussing on, then no: I'd say those hoses are closer to 3/8" vacuum hose. I think you'd serve yourself better to take the 30 minutes to pull the tank and airbox, and bring one of those hoses with you to a local automotive store.

I might just need to bite the bullet and take everything apart before buying. I was trying to purchase before taking the bike apart because i am not allowed to work on the bike in the apartment complex where I live.
I need to take the bike to the parents house and when I do, I usually try to take the least time possible to not leave them a mess. Having everything before starting the job simplifies things a little.
Super easy to do once you get the parts. I bought the whole IAC system, and took about 30 minutes to replace in my apartment complex parking lot. Solved my chirping problem instantly
It's about a half hour to remove the tank, yank the hoses, head to an auto parts place.
