Yipee! Going to Barber
The band has three weekends off between now and November. Already got a trip planned for one of 'em, Jennings isn't running an open track day on another, but last night I ran into some friends of mine and they said they're going to Barber next weekend for a track day. Did I want to come along? Well, it just so happens that's the only other weekend I have off. I couldn't pass it up.
The thing's being sponsored by the Floribama Riders - not sure if anyone else around here is part o' that bunch but I've already talked to some other Tallahasee folks who'll be there. Should be fun. I've read so much about the place, seen pictures of the track and the museum, heard stories about blind downhill turns... I am, as they say, totally stoked.
