The hat is gone! - pics

Hey all, next stage of mods finished, thought I'd post some pics to see what y'all thought.
Any advice on what mirrors to go with would be great. Am tempted by the new(ish) Motrax Allymirrors. The originals look a bit 'oversize' now!

I have a Napolean bar-end mirror that I'm pretty happy with. The only dowside to the bar-end mirror is that it's farther from your field of vision, so you have to shift your eyes more. It does show a lot more than the stock mirrors do, though.

Have considered the bar end mirror option. Only problem is the change to the lsl bars already makes filtering (lane splitting) a 'careful' activity, not sure an extra 6" or so increase in width (oh-er) would be sensible. Mind you, might make the 'removal' of blind cage drivers mirrors a bit easier.................

There was a guy on here that had these: http://www.monstrack.com/mirrors.html

They looked really nice. I'm not sure if he's still around...

When removing the hat are there any issues? Is the back pf the instruments complete any thing to buy? Or is it just a simple matter of unscrewing it?. Where did you get the tire hugger, very nice?
