Yes and no. Almost no one will have the blanks so you do either have to buy a blank from the dealer or just get them off of ebay. I got 2 blanks for around 8 bucks off ebay. Then once you have the blanks you can just get them cut at pretty much any key cutting place.

I believe it's the same blank that is used on the new Buells, but I can't remember now if I guessed that by looking at the wife's key or checked it on accident....

If you go to a reputable locksmith they will be able to order the blanks. I had a couple spares made a few months ago. It appears that the blanks are Italian made, so I waited 1 week for them to arrive. I can't recall the price of the blanks but it wasn't much. The locksmith also assured me that they were cheaper through a locksmith than what the dealer would charge, but that's his word.

here is an old e-mail I have that might help
tt600.org forum message

Message From: miii88
Message Subject: spare key
I just made a second key over the weekend and it only cost $4 USD. Go
to a
locksmith and have them look for ILCO X270.

or oder a blank here

http://www.motorcyclekeys.com/blanks5.html

Key code would not be on your bike. Should be a black tap with four
number
on it that came with your original keys set.
