Hi guys, Haven't had time to do much to the bike yet but
I did charge the battery. Now, when the key is on the lights
come on but no display on the LCD. Should I see something there or does the motor need to be running?

You should see something there when you turn the key on. You should also hear the fuel pump priming (buzzzzzttt).

If you don't, you should check the kill switch, put the bike in neutral, put the sidestand up (covering all the bases here).

If you still don't hear the fuel pump or see the gauges turn on, you've got a problem. Probably a dead battery.

nothing will show on the gauges until the kill switch is to on. If it isn't and the key is to on, the lights will be on, just no text on the screen.

Thanks! I'll check the kill switch when I get home tonight.
