Oh btw, about that. I had a heart rate monitor with me. I did 9 sets, 5 15 minute ones, and 4 shorter (due to accidents on track, my own mistakes etc)
The highest heart rate was 188 (set peaks were 175-188), typically the average heart rate for a set was close around 155 and during these 9 sets I used 1344 calories.
So it's definitely a motorSPORT
