Some of you have seen the LD (Long Distance) mods I've made to my TT600. My original fuel cell rack broke but I have constructed a new one. I went for a 900 mile ride this weekend and version 2.0 of the rack appears to be a success! Here's the bike at Willamette Pass last Saturday:

you make that rack yourself? it looks dangerous, how much are you charging for 12' bars??? :-D haha




seriously though, how much you want for a 12' bar??

As mentioned over at www.tt600.org, you can have any local fab shop do the welding for you. That's what I did. You can buy steel tubing and other bulk material at Home Despot, or you should have a metal supply shop in your area which will probably be cheaper.
