I lost both of my Speed Four oem Bridgestone tires within a ten-day period to nails and screws in the road. Luckily, I was able to plug one and pump it up at home and the other at four or five gas stations on the way home.

Now I want to add a cigar lighter-type electrical outlet to to run a little compressor I have. I prefer the compressor to CO2 bottles.

Are there any leads available or will I have to splice in somewhere?

I don't think Triumph designed the wiring harness for that kind of installation, but you can put leads from the battery. I have a heated vest that uses leads directly attached to the battery terminal. There is a hole in the frame on the left side that is a perfect place to route the connector from under the seat. The heated vest connector is probably different from your compressor's plug, but you can splice wires on the lead without cutting up your bike's wiring harness. There is no problem that I am aware of related to that kind of installation.
