When the cooling fan start, I hear a weird sound that I would describe as an electric spark I can only notice it when the bike's not moving so it's not that loud.

almost like if you manually make too wires touch.(obviously wires that carry some current :wink: )

any idea, bad relay? wire?

Maybe a bad connection? Are all the connectors completely plugged in? A relay could make that noise, but on a bike, I would expect it to just not work instead of making noise if that is what it is.
