Have been seriously considering getting a Tuneboy for my '00 TT600. What is the best source (quickest shipping) to get it from, and how long can I expect shipping to take?

Get it directly from Wayne Macdonald in Austrailia from his Tuneboy Website. If you send money by Paypal, the time varies, since Wayne is a very small operation. I am pretty sure he and his wife do everything themselves, including website updates, shipping, tuning Triumphs, software engineering, and all that. Sometimes you get the cable so fast it is amazing that it could have been shipped from Austrailia. Sometimes it takes a while.

Go soothingly on the grease mud, as there lurks the skid demon.

Great, thank you for the reply. My big concern was that shipping will take so long that I'll have misssed the riding season (living in New England). I'll try and scrape together some cash for it.

Yeah, I've been in e-mail contact w/Emma down there. Very prompt and courteous correspondance. I'll be ordering one up soon. Anyone interested in a slightly used PC3 USB?

The unit is for the TT600

Well, finally was able to arrange the money to order a Tuneboy package. Should be getting here anywhere from 1-2 weeks. Can't wait! Am really liking the TT. Great street/sportbike. Much less hard-edged than my '03 ZX6 (which is up for sale BTW - see Classifieds) The TT actually has mirrors that let you see behind without moving you entire arm out of the way!

Yipee!! Just got my new Tuneboy set-up! Can't wait to try it and see if I can get this TT to run any better. Stay tuned.

Whoa, I wish I could say yes, but the truth is it never even occured to me as I was posting. I'm usually pretty quick. That one just passed me by.
