Hi All ,

Well this is twice now that it,s happend to me .

I,ve had my fuel light come on between work - home and it,s usually enough to get me to the nearest petrol station at either end .

Not last night about 2 miles from home i run out of gas again !

The Fuel light is trying to trip me up , when i first got the bike i always set the odometer to find out how much i was getting out of a tank . ran the bike at the same rate and the fuel light cam on anywhere between 80 - 130 miles

anyone else got a twitchy fuel light ?

Other Motorcycle: anything I can get.
I just go by the fact that the manual says reserve is three litres so that should do for 20miles plus, maybe your sender is not set right, just get yourself a fuel can and ride till she stopsusing the trips, should get a figure to work with. :-D

My fuel light generally comes on at about 100 miles. I wish I could get better gas mileage out of her.
