If you wanted to reset your ECU, will disconnecting the battery work?...or do you have to go to a dealer to have it reset?

If disconnecting the battery works, how long would you have to leave it disconnected for it to reset?

I don't think diconnecting the battery will do much other than turn the MIL on for 3 cycles. :???:

The closest thing I can think of to 'resetting' your ECU is to reflash it with your tune which you can have a dealer do or DIY with Tuneboy.
