I'm getting really tired of the buzz I'm getting from the S4. After 30 minutes my fingertips are starting to go numb and the same thing with my toes. The problem is that my S4 buzzes like mad right at optimum power range, in the 8-10k range. It even has a weird raspy sound that goes with it at those RPM's. However, I like to keep myself in that range for that instant response. I know I've posted about this issue before and half of us said they have no buzz problems and I quote "turbine smooth" and the other half says that theirs buzz like mad too. I've checked all my motor mounts and they are all torqued properly. No, its not the pixie hat vibrating, it deeper than that, definitely motor. Its pretty smooth up to about 5.5k then all hell breaks loose, at 7k it starts up and gets progressively worse up to about 11k at which point it magically gets alot smoother.

So, my question is this...

Has anyone that has sync'd their throttle bodies actually felt a noticeable difference in the buzz? I'm scheduled to go to the dealer tomorrow and I need to know if I should request that they do a sync job.

Subscribing!

Mine buzzes like crazy starting right around 7.5k rpm too. Unfortunately with my sprocket change that puts it right at freeway cruising speed in 6th gear.
