My shift lever has no slop relative to the shaft. Sounds like a problem with the specific bike. Far as tunes and TuneBoy information, check the discussions at tt600.org. You will find people there that know a whole lot more about wringing out a TT600 than I do, including current and former TT600 racers.

Maybe you just need to buy a new shifter! If it's still on warranty you might even get Triumph to buy one for you and please....DON'T YELL! :razz:
