Any NorCal Speed Fours out there? We should meet up for a ride soon... or maybe just to talk S4s...

Havent come across many Triumph riders in the Ventura area; fewer still up around Lompoc and Vandenberg AFB (I make it up there every now and then).

I live in Nor Cal. Martinez to be exact, a bit away from Vacaville, but a straight shot north on the freeway from here. I have been pretty busy lately, but we could certainly talk and maybe setup a ride some time.

I know we have another guy in San Rafael - maybe he'll chime in.

Or... maybe a nice weekend trip down the coast to San Simeon for a middle-of-the-state meet?

Either way, I'm riding this Sunday... heading to Middle Town and around Beryessa Lake area. I may or may not be on the S4... I have a few Aprilia guys coming with. However, the S4 is usually the one I take... :wink:

If interested: 0900 hrs @ the Starbucks on Mason St/Davis St (next to Brenden Theaters) in Vacaville. Depart @ 0930 hrs...

i keep begging the guy at the dealership to sell the blue s4 they have so that i have a buddy :-D

I like the idea of geting together sometime in the near future. The next few weekends are out fo me though. Work has me earning my pay

Soon though! I bet there will be a few RAT Raids this year also...

AND, then theres the Vashon Island clasic bike rally (Wa. state) sometime around Sept- I hope to make it up there this year :-D

Hi Randy. Too bad you aren't located closer. Nonetheless, Camarillo is a beautiful location and won't be too far when we all meet up midways.

BTW, I lived on the Central Coast (Santa Maria) for 5 years and was on Vandenberg ofter - like everyday. :wink:

Maybe a Triumph "Supersport" Meet is somenthing we should plan? :-D Solvang or Morro Bay comes to mind...

I know the Vandenberg area well. I purchased my first bike, a Suzuki 450 in the nearby town of Lompoc back in 1988.

Solvang makes for a really nice ride. Morro Bay would be very nice too. I've been wanting to ride up the coast to San Simeon too... haven't seen Hearst castle in many, many years.

Yup; I've got to do some long distance riding this year- and much of it :wink:

We can work something out for the near future~

I'm in Nor Cal (Livermore) and I have a Speed Four that I use mostly for track days. Why don't we all meet up for a track day and put some serious hot laps on the S4? There are quite a few track days coming up, here are just a few suggestions:
11/11 - Keigwins at Thunder Hill
11/12 - The Track Club at Buttonwillow
11/19 - 3J's at Infineon
I've NEVER seen another S4 at a track day!
